It was founded by Mr. Boonchuay Junwiangthong and Mrs. Sor-eng Sae Lim who
moved from China to settle in Phuket. They brought with them the old recipe
from their houseland. First they just made the sauce to use for themselves and
to give to the neighbours in their community (Tepkasatri Community). Later it
was in great demand so they decided to set a small factory to produce for sale
in the community and later for the whole province In 1975.
