- The outstanding of the product is pickling soya beans in terracotta
without any additives.When the pickle becomes proteen,it is boiled
with red raw sugar ( call black saya been sauce ) and with white
sugar ( call white soya bean sauce ). Our product has been the
token of Phuket for over 40 years.Just put it on hot cooked rice,
it gives good smell and good taste, or put on your fired eggs,
they will taste much better.

housewives, restaurants and hotels in Phuket and nearby provinces. In the future, we will expand our factory so the customers

How to use black soya bean sauce:
- Add in nearly every kinds of dishes in order to make them black or brown such as any fried rice dishes,
