| 3. How to make soy sauce |
|
Our products are emphasized on the natural procedures which are safe for consumers.
The main ingredients for making soy bean sauce are soy beans, wheat flour, salt, raw sugar, sugar and water.

Wash soy beans thoroughly and boil. |

Mix boiled soy bean with flour and kept it in the culture germ room. |

Put the cultured soy bean in the big jar and put salty water in. Leave it for 8 months. It will become pickled soy bean. |

Boil only the pickled soy bean water with raw sugar (black soy bean sauce) and with sugar (white soy sauce). After that we seep it and put it in the bottle. |
